Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage client relations, and act as the primary liaison between clients and carriers.

You will prepare price quotes, coordinate renewals, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality. The role emphasizes managing day-to-day servicing, processing changes, and supporting growth through proactive client communication and collaboration with producers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Insurance Expertise – Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverages.
• Market knowledge of insurance marketplace, carriers and coverage options.
• Clear explanations of coverages and tailored risk management solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, education of clients confidently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned NSI Insurance clients and provide effective service and responsible advice.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, renewals and documentation.
• Coordinate enrollment, quotes, bid specs, and renewal proposals with producers and clients.
• Review policies and carrier documents for accuracy and maintain client records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and follow up to resolution.
