Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting experience in Commercial Property and Casualty, Personal, or Management and Professional Liability lines
• CPCU/RPLU courses are a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite submissions per guidelines
• Address quotes, re-quotes, and endorsements with a customer-first mindset
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to drive growth
• Partner with Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT and more
• Research market trends to support product development
• Mentor new underwriters and participate in ongoing training
