Job summary

Blue Ridge Risk Partners in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a Personal Lines Service Manager to serve a defined group of clients, handling policy updates, billing questions, cancellations, and coverage changes with a focus on simple, stress-free service.

You will work with Client Advocates and Account Associates to keep clients informed and supported. A Property & Casualty license and 2+ years in personal insurance are required to join the team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of personal insurance experience.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Detail orientation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to assigned clients.
• Manage policy changes, cancellations and updates.
• Assist with billing questions and payment issues.
• Discuss coverage options and fit for client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and underwriters to complete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with industry rules and company policies.
• Support client retention through quality service.
