Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field preferred.
• CISR designation is preferred.
• Must be organized with strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, including policy inquiries and service requests.
• Process policy changes and endorsements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve service issues.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate renewal processes.
• Oversee underwriting processes to ensure compliance and timely policy delivery.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and advise on additional coverages.
