Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Service Advisor I to manage client relationships, ensure policy accuracy, and support risk solutions across Ohio offices.

You will handle daily client communications, process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coordinate with carriers. Strong knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting, and regulatory requirements is essential to deliver great service and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field preferred, or IRMI/PLCS designation.
• Must have organized communication and ability to influence others; renewals at high retention.
• Active Property and Casualty license in required states.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate renewal processes.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize coverage for clients.
