Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Service Advisor I in Ohio to manage client relationships, ensure policy accuracy, and coordinate underwriting and service tasks across carriers and internal teams.

The role focuses on daily client communications, policy updates, renewals, and strategic opportunities to enhance coverage for clients, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field preferred, or IRMI/PLCS or equivalent designation.
• Minimum of one year in a defined insurance role.
• Must have and maintain an active Property and Casualty license in required states.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, including policy inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and document all service activities in the agency management system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate renewal processes.
