Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) in Denton, TX. The role focuses on inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities. Two weeks of onsite training is required, after which there is a flexible hybrid setup combining remote and in-office work.

The package includes a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus 25% commission on revenue and a comprehensive benefits package, with AMS 360 proficiency highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in personal lines sales.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• AMS 360 software proficiency preferred.
• Professional and polished communication skills.

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities. This position offers a flexible work environment with a mandatory two-week onsite training period.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
• Commission: 25% on revenue
