Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of personal lines sales experience and an active P&C license, with AMS 360 proficiency valued. The position blends remote and in-office work as part of a supportive sales team.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities. This position offers a flexible work environment with a mandatory two-week onsite training period.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
• Commission: 25% on revenue
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
• Work Environment: Flexible, with a combination of remote and in-office work
