• CL Agent: develop new business from ground up, cold calls/knocks, and quote opportunities, manage mid-to-large accounts.

Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Agent

Seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a growing team as Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented organization that is experiencing significant growth. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance sales, a positive attitude, and a commitment to building long-term relationships with clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: Up to $60,000 for PL Agents and up to $75,000 for CL Agents
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
• Remote Work: Available with the requirement to report to the office once a week for sales meetings (up to 2 hours away)

Responsibilities

Personal Lines (PL) Agent

• Engage with hundreds of hot leads to close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain referral network partnerships.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
• Focus exclusively on new business acquisition; servicing work is handled by a dedicated team.

Commercial Lines (CL) Agent

• Develop new business opportunities from the ground up.
• Conduct cold calls and cold knocks to generate leads.
• Build relationships with mid-to-large market accounts.
• Quote new business opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with a proven track record in production.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 preferred.
