Job summary

Garzella Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Risk Advisor for Personal Lines to acquire and close new business, cross-sell and service policies as needed. You will build relationships with referral partners through outreach, self-marketing, and networking events.

You must excel in product knowledge and meet our service standards while using our proprietary tech to quote and cross-sell. Valid P&C license and 1 year of experience are required.

• Experience operating multiple tech platforms simultaneously.

Sales for our Personal Lines team is done by our Risk Advisors (also known as an Agents or Producers) As a Risk Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring and closing new business, cross-selling of current business, and servicing new policies as needed. You will consistently develop and maintain relationships with referral partners through proactive outreach, self-marketing and attending networking events. You must excel in product line expertise, showcasing the ability to achieve the quality-of-service standards we’ve set as a company.
