We need a true relationship builder with proven performance of growing relationships and sales. This role offers base compensation plus commission and a Mon-Fri schedule with excellent benefits in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must currently possess a Property & Casualty license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced, empathetic environment.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Proven sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing experience.
• Ability to open doors and set appointments from cold starts.
• Ability to build relationships and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Round out accounts by offering and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their objectives.
• Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
