Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team in handling personal lines accounts, policy changes, and support for account executives.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty license, have at least 3 years of insurance agency experience, and be proficient with Applied EPIC software. Onsite or hybrid arrangements are preferred, with remote considered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, including policies up to $10,000 in premium.
• Achieve a new business premium production goal of $5,000 and meet retention targets.
• Collaborate with account executives to provide seamless client service.
• Handle back-end servicing, policy changes, and client requests.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
