Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines account management.
• Familiarity with top carriers such as AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, and others.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management System or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $1M in premium.
• Handle a mix of 60% renewals and 40% new business.
• Provide soup-to-nuts service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with top carriers such as AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, Burns & Wilcox, CHUBB.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
