Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PL coverage, underwriting, and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Personal Lines Account Managers and CSRs.
• Oversee daily workflow, task distribution, and service standards.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and escalated client issues.
