Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in administrative, customer service, or office operations in insurance/healthcare/banking sectors.
• Must have comprehensive reading skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with agency management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Applied Epic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carrier communications and retrieve policy notices.
• Maintain accuracy of the agency management system (Applied Epic).
• Ensure policy status is correct in Applied Epic.
• Attach policy documents and maintain client records.
• Route carrier communications to Account Managers.
• Process mortgagee and proof of insurance requests.
• Verify policy renewals or cancellations in Applied Epic.
• Create follow-up activities for Account Managers.
• Handle insurance-related mail and documentation.
• Support Account Managers to keep policy workflows moving.
• Assist with overflow call transfers as needed.
