Job summary

Cesfl seeks an experienced Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and back-end support, including processing applications, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.

You will answer client inquiries about coverage and billing, prepare quotes and certificates, and maintain accurate records in the agency management system while building strong relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance with an independent agency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• 440 or 220 insurance license.
• In-office role in North Tampa / Trinity area.

Responsibilities

• Download and review insurance forms and policies from carriers.
