Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Personal Lines Marketing Assistant for an independent insurance agency near Totowa, NJ. The role supports personal lines account executives with policy servicing, marketing, and document management in Applied Epic.

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off. This is an in-office, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting personal lines.
• Current valid Property & Casualty license.
• Experience with Applied Epic.
• Ability to work in office full time.

Responsibilities

• Support personal lines account executives and producers with servicing a large book of personal lines insurance business.
• Assist with personal lines marketing and remarketing, including renewal-related activities.
• Process client transactions, including invoicing and updating insurance and policy documents in Applied Epic.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records within Applied Epic.
• Process and document renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
