Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group has partnered with an established independent insurance agency near Totowa, NJ to hire a Personal Lines Marketing Assistant. You will support personal lines account executives with servicing, marketing, and document management in Applied Epic.

The role requires 2+ years in personal lines support, holds a current Property & Casualty license, and in-office work. Base salary ranges from $40k to $70k per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in support of personal lines.
• Current valid Property & Casualty license.
• Experience with Applied Epic.
• Ability to work in office full time.

Responsibilities

• Support personal lines account executives and producers with servicing a large book of personal lines insurance business.
• Assist with personal lines marketing and remarketing, including renewal-related activities.
• Process client transactions, including invoicing and updating insurance and policy documents in Applied Epic.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records within Applied Epic.
• Process and document renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
