This role focuses on data entry, policy servicing, and coordinating with account executives to enhance proactive client service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of insurance experience, a P&C license or willingness to obtain one, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC.

Qualifications

• 1+ years insurance experience preferred.
• P&C license required or willing to obtain after hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and agency systems such as EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Processing non-premium endorsements and data entry in Applied/website systems.
• Follow up on cancellations and payments with AE involvement.
• Review expiration cleanups and renewals to keep books accurate.
• Flag 30-day renewal opportunities for AE follow-up on E&S lines.
• Support branch projects and special lists assigned by the branch manager.
