Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. sources a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for an independent insurance agency in Wayne, PA to support personal lines servicing and policy administration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing personal lines insurance clients.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Support personal lines account managers with daily insurance servicing and policy administration.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates for personal lines insurance accounts.
• Prepare and issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and loss run requests.
• Process customer payments and assist with billing inquiries.
• Enter and update policyholder information, coverage details, and transactions in the agency management system.
• Respond to personal lines policyholder inquiries regarding existing policies, coverage, billing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation for personal lines insurance accounts.
