Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in the Paoli, PA area. This onsite role offers a base salary of $48,000-$53,000 and focuses on servicing homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies.

Ideal candidates will have a Property & Casualty license and 1+ year of personal lines experience, including quoting and renewals. Independent agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required for the role.
• 1+ year of personal lines experience, including quoting and renewals.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Applied Epic or PL Rating experience preferred.
• Independent agency experience preferred; captive agency and carrier backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Service homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies.
• Handle client questions, policy changes, billing inquiries, and endorsements.
• Quote new business and renewals.
• Coordinate with carriers and maintain accurate account records.
