Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Insurance Services Associate to handle front-line customer calls, process policy changes, and provide accurate insurance information. The role supports sales, retention initiatives, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of customer care.

Candidates should have a four-year degree and an active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. Some evening hours and local travel in NJ/PA may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of joining.
• Ability to travel locally in NJ and PA for meetings and network development, as needed.
• Industry experience in insurance is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls; resolve issues or reroute to the appropriate team.
• Process policy changes, answer billing questions, and issue insurance documents.
• Assist sales with organizing and filing insurance policy documents; support retention efforts.
• Answer questions about coverage options, discounts, and pricing; support renewal retention.
• Collaborate with management to achieve premium, retention and growth targets.
• Complete administrative tasks and support training on agency systems; act as a brand ambassador.
