Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Client Services Associate to support Client Managers and Advisors. You will set up and maintain account details in EPIC, process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance, and create client communications.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in Personal Property and Casualty, a Property & Casualty license (or working toward one), and strong MS Office skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals and follow established workflows.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Generate communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
