Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and respond to customer inquiries about existing policies, coverage changes, new policies, certificates, billing, payments, or any service-related matters.
Proactively seek referrals to solicit new business and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide an exceptional customer experience and support renewal and policy operations.
Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations in agency management systems.
Attend internal and client meetings as needed and follow agency guidelines.
