Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests professionally and knowledgeably.
• Identify coverage gaps and educate customers on risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.

• Utilize technology to complete service requests efficiently.
• Leverage knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and rules.
• Draft and send correspondence as part of service duties.
• Support team and manager with service activities as needed.
