Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Sales or related field preferred.
• Active P&C license required; Texas license preferred; Life/Health license a plus.
• 1–3 years in personal lines insurance sales or related role.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new personal lines sales opportunities.
• Engage with prospects to assess needs and recommend coverage.
• Present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales pipeline.
