Job summary

Artemis Insurance is seeking an Account Manager, Personal Lines to deliver exceptional service for homeowners, auto, flood and umbrella policies. You will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, process quotes and endorsements, and ensure renewals are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Two years in an independent agency or five years in a captive agency preferred.
• Experience servicing homeowners, auto, flood, and umbrella policies.
• Active Property and Casualty license; Texas license preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset essential.
• Ability to analyze client needs and identify appropriate coverages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for personal lines clients and policy servicing.
• Process quotes, applications, endorsements, renewals, and payments accurately.
• Review policies with clients to identify coverage gaps and improvements.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and reviews.
• Support growth through cross-selling and referrals when appropriate.
