Choice Financial Group in Virginia Beach is seeking an Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to grow our client base by networking and referrals. This full-time, salaried role offers hybrid remote work, allowing independence with periodic in-office collaboration.

A VA P&C license and 5+ years of sales experience are required. You will develop relationships with centers of influence, achieve sales quotas, and round accounts by delivering comprehensive personal lines solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Virginia Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Strong networking and community engagement.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or office environment.

• Organic Lead Generation: generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Relationship Building: maintain strong relationships with centers of influence.
• Sales Quota Achievement: meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
