Williams Insurance Agency seeks a Commercial Lines Sales Agent / Advisor to partner with business owners to identify exposures and design comprehensive programs. You will work with carriers, advisors, and internal teams to grow and manage a book of commercial business.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, customized coverages, and a proactive sales cycle from quoting to onboarding, with potential for commission-based incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Active state Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in commercial insurance sales or advisory.
• Strong consultative sales approach with clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and develop new commercial client relationships via networking and referrals.
• Conduct risk assessments of client operations and exposures.
• Design and present customized insurance programs (GL, commercial auto, property, workers’ comp, umbrella).
• Manage quotes, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding of accounts.
• Maintain client relationships, support renewals, identify coverage gaps, pursue cross-sell.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Stay current on carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
