Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Texas to join a dedicated team. You will manage a book of small commercial lines accounts, provide exceptional client service, and handle renewals and endorsements with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Texas P&C license, 3+ years in commercial lines, and proficiency with Applied Epic. Onsite training is required, followed by a hybrid work schedule and ongoing carrier relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial lines insurance; 5+ preferred.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic software preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Onsite training with transition to hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of small commercial lines accounts under $100,000 in premium.
• Provide A-Z account management including renewals, endorsements, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carriers to ensure retention.
• Utilize Applied Epic for account management and documentation.
