Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and timely assistance to clients by phone, email and in person.
• Update client records and policy information in the agency management system.
• Assist with renewals by reviewing policies, gathering updated information.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy while maintaining organized electronic files.
• Follow up with clients regarding applications, signatures, payments, inspections, and outstanding documents.
• Protect confidential client information and follow applicable privacy, compliance, and agency procedures.
