A dynamic insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager in Shawnee, OK. This full-time position involves servicing a book of business, collaborating with producers, and managing multiple administrative functions. The ideal candidate has a high school education, a solid working knowledge of property and casualty coverages, and current insurance licensing. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant technologies.

Qualifications

• High School education required with college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Personal Property/Casualty coverages.
• Current insurance license and progress towards CISR designation required.
• At least one year of experience in a processor P/L role.
• Ability to use Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a book of business in a timely manner with producer input.
• Initiate meetings to discuss marketing plans.
• Review expiring exposures and request updates from clients.
• Prepare submissions to markets and quote products online.
• Bind coverage and ensure invoicing within the month.
