The Juris Agency in Greensboro, NC is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. You will assist existing clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, and maintain knowledge of our insurance products.

A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required or you must have completed the course for the P&C exam. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus the ability to multi-task, will help you succeed and advance within

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License is required or has completed the P&C course.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task with follow-through and follow-up.
• Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify contact details and update information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return phone messages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and provide exceptional service.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on claims.
