Job summary

You'll handle renewals, policy changes, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• You’re licensed in North Carolina P&C and have 1+ years of personal lines experience.
• You can explain a deductible to someone’s grandma and untangle a declaration page effortlessly.
• You’re organized, composed, and low-drama, even in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewals, policy changes, payments, and client requests with professionalism.
• Provide quick confirmations to clients and follow up proactively.
• Work with Client Associates and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills

Licensed in North Carolina P&C

1+ years of personal lines experience

Proficient with EPIC or similar software

Effective email communication

Organized and composed during stressful situations
