Qualifikationen

• Full-time position (37.5 hours a week).
• 2+ years personal lines insurance sales and service experience
• Attend insurance classes to satisfy CE requirements
• Participate in company training classes as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AMS360 and Agency Zoom preferred

Aufgaben

• Accurately maintain all customer information in the agency management system.
• Provide excellent customer service for supported accounts.
• Assist customers with personal lines sales and servicing needs.
• Process new and renewal personal lines business.
• Conduct coverage reviews and pursue remarketing when needed.
• Attend carrier training sessions and weekly team meetings.
