Responsibilities include policy changes, renewals, and claims support, with a license to practice in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of personal insurance experience preferred.
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-directed, professional demeanor; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data and document all interactions in Applied Epic.
• Process policy changes and handle new business electronically via carrier sites.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess evolving insurance needs and coverage.
• Maintain communication with customers via email and phone about policy updates.
• Assist customers with claims and guide them through the process.
• Cross-sell by adding new policies to round out accounts.
