Job summary

Insurancemke is seeking a client-focused professional to service existing clients and grow the book of business in Wisconsin. You will handle policy changes, renewals, and endorsements, while explaining coverages in plain English and assisting with billing and claims guidance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, inbound opportunities, and collaboration with producers to support new business. Prior insurance/customer service experience is preferred and a Property & Casualty license or

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within X days)
• Insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable learning agency systems and quoting tools

Responsibilities

• Take care of our clients by answering questions via phone, email, or in person
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
• Explain coverage in plain English (no jargon overload)
• Help with billing questions and basic claims guidance
• Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities during service conversations
• Conduct friendly coverage reviews with current clients
• Quote and bind new personal/commercial policies based on your license
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Partner with producers to support new business
