Job summary

The Juris Agency in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to manage a book of business, deliver outstanding service, and advise clients on coverage options.

The role requires a Wisconsin Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months, strong communication, and proficiency with Applied Epic and MS Office. You will work Mon-Fri with a collaborative team and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of personal insurance experience is preferred.
• Current Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data and document interactions accurately in Applied Epic.
• Navigate insurance company sites to process policy changes and handle new business electronically.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess evolving insurance needs and provide guidance on coverage.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers via email and phone about policy updates or changes.
• Assist customers with claims, offering support throughout the claims process for a smooth experience.
• Work with customers to add new policies to cross-sell and round out accounts.
