Talent Edge Recruiting is partnering with a well-established independent insurance agency in the Hudson Valley to recruit Client Service Representatives (CSR I and CSR II). The agency emphasizes employee development, internal promotions, and exceptional client service.

CSR roles offer long-term career growth, hands-on training, strong teamwork, and opportunities to advance from personal lines to broader responsibilities within the Personal Lines team.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CSR I: 0–3 years insurance experience; CSR II: 3–5 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with agency management systems.
• Personal lines experience preferred.
• Applied Epic experience.
• Designations such as AINS/CISR are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage a personal lines book of 500–800 policies.
• Service existing personal lines accounts and support producers.
• Handle inquiries about policy changes, renewals, coverage questions and quotes.
• Review cancellations/terminations and act within timelines.
• Quote new business and remarket existing accounts.
• Educate clients on coverages, exclusions and exposure risks.
• Document client and carrier communications accurately.
• Build relationships to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow up on prospects via agency systems and databases.
• Collaborate with carriers, clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
