Job summary

All About Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to guide customers through coverage options, update policies, and answer questions with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

You will manage service requests, identify coverage gaps, maintain records, and collaborate with team to deliver outstanding service. P&C license required; compensation $40k-$50k plus benefits.

• Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.
• Must be dependable, provide timely response, and complete work activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies.
• Identify coverage gaps and educate customers on mitigation.
• Document contacts and keep customer records accurate.
• Maintain timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers.
• Utilize technology to complete assignments and requests.
• Use knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and rules to service customers.
• Draft and send correspondence and perform other service duties as assigned.
• Support team and manager with service activities.
