Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in Ohio to join our growing insurance team. You will manage client accounts, quote accurately, and support producers in delivering tailored coverage solutions while upholding a people-first service culture.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to claims support and renewal processing, with a 35-hour work week and on-site environment with limited hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• 3–5 years of personal lines experience preferred.
• Experience with AMS 360 and top carriers (Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, Progressive).
• Strong data entry and renewal processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotes via carrier websites.
• Format summaries, draft renewal letters, update coverage details.
• Assist with claims and manage house accounts.
• Handle a book of business with premiums ranging from $200 to $12,000.
• Collaborate with producers and CSAs to maintain high retention.
• Utilize AMS 360 for account management.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
• Profit Sharing: 10% of salary.
• PTO: Up to 4 weeks, based on experience.
• Bonuses: Annual Christmas bonus and performance-based rewards.
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week (paid lunch included).
• Work Environment: Onsite with potential for limited hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
