The Jonus Group in Yorktown, VA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to service standard to mid-market accounts with no new business duties. Onsite initially, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities include renewals, client service, and documentation in AMS360 and ImageRight, requiring a P&C license and 2+ years of agency experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 2+ years in an agency setting, or 5+ years in a captive environment.
• Experience servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts.
• Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality service.
• Work onsite initially, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
