Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in the United States (WA/Lynnwood area) to manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium. You will quote, re-quote, and present policies, with opportunities for cross-selling and new business.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of personal lines experience, P&C license, and familiarity with Applied EPIC. Independent agency experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Property & Casualty license (P&C).
• 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Independent agency experience preferred; captive experience considered.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium.

• Handle new and renewal quotes and cross-sell opportunities.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium, working with standard households and some high‑net‑worth clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with $1.5M–$2M in premium, focusing on standard households and some high‑net‑worth accounts.
• Utilize an automated system for quoting and re‑quoting policies, ensuring accurate and timely client presentations.
• Handle new and renewal business quotes, with occasional cross‑selling and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with top carriers, including Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; independent agency experience preferred, but candidates with captive experience will also be considered.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied EPIC is preferred.
