Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager to service client accounts, manage renewals, and prepare materials for presentations in collaboration with Advisors/Client Executives.

You will develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts, delivering services with discretion while supporting the Account Management Team as needed. Hybrid schedule with Wednesdays in Chicago office.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or independent agency.
• Experience with Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners carriers.
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system.
• Associate's Degree or BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma with additional training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with carrier and client contacts; actively participate in meetings.
• Prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers; compile results and draft renewal presentations.
• Review proposals and carrier documents for accuracy with the Account Executive; communicate with clients/carriers with approvals.
• Create and maintain client documents; keep policy records in the agency management system.
• Utilize agency management system, rating system, and carrier websites.
• Answer billing questions from clients and insurers.
