Job summary

The Partners Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring appropriate coverage and proactive service. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and changes while building durable relationships with clients and carriers in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 5+ years of Account Manager experience in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages.
• Ability to build trusted client and carrier relationships.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Personal Lines client accounts.
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps and exposures.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Partner with carrier representatives to support client needs.
• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
