Job summary

NSI Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager to deliver exceptional service for an assigned book of business. You will be the main contact between clients and carriers, handling renewals, endorsements, and quotes while preserving client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in Personal Lines, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Insurance Expertise – Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverages.
• Market knowledge of insurance carriers and options.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to explain coverages clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with advisory capabilities.
• Experience at a local agency or in Property & Casualty client management preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred (440 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned NSI Insurance clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare price quotes and bid specifications for carriers.
• Review policies and carrier documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain client records in the agency system.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
