Job summary

NSI Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage an assigned book of business, and act as the primary liaison between clients and carriers. You will prepare quotes for new and existing clients and support renewals.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, timely responses to inquiries, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Insurance Expertise with a focus on Personal Lines.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance marketplace, including carriers and coverage options.
• Ability to explain coverages clearly and advise clients confidently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned NSI Insurance clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, renewals and policy documentation.
• Prepare price quotes and bid specifications for carriers.
• Assist in renewals and client communications to ensure optimal service.
