Job summary

Highstreet Insurance Services in Emmaus, PA, is seeking an Insurance Personal Lines Client Manager who builds meaningful relationships with our community members. You will guide clients through coverage options, explain terms, and suggest adjustments to protect what matters most.

You will manage a dedicated book of personal lines, handle renewals, changes, and billing inquiries with care. Strong license, experience, and proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of personal lines account management experience.
• Experience with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented review of policies and endorsements.
• Experience with carrier portals for quoting and policy issuance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of personal lines business and be the main contact for policyholders.
• Guide clients through insurance options, explain coverages, and suggest adjustments for better protection.
• Process renewals, mid-term changes, and billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Identify coverage gaps and proactively offer solutions to ensure protection.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to negotiate terms and resolve complex policy issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the management system.
