Bravera Holdings Corp. in Bismarck, ND, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to retain and grow client relationships. You will service, advise, and cross-sell Bravera Insurance products to a verified book of business and maintain accurate records in the agency system.

Requires a valid Resident Insurance License within 45 days, a minimum of three years in insurance, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel and driving are sometimes required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid Resident Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum three years insurance industry experience OR an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• PC proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrates strong influencing skills for new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Informs clients about coverages and exclusions to tailor an insurance plan.
• Service an assigned book of business with Bravera Personal Lines Advisors.
• Utilize sales and follow-up structure for prospective business.
• Assist clients with coverage changes and claims submissions to carriers.
• Maintain accurate electronic files and document conversations in the system.
• Assist with renewals, financing, and remarketing as applicable.
• Refer clients to other departments for additional solutions.
