Qualifications

• Two or more years of insurance industry experience.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain one promptly upon hire.
• Experience with personal lines insurance products.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Minot, ND.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service requests including renewals and endorsements.
• Identify discounts and coverage gaps for clients.
• Evaluate coverage limits and recommend protections.
• Coordinate remarketing and re-quoting when needed.
• Support producers with account servicing responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency system.
• Build relationships with carriers and underwriters.
